Bacchus Marsh Grammar School opened its doors in 1988 and celebrated its 21st anniversary in 2009. It has grown from its original size to a school of more than 1400 pupils from Prep to Year 12. [3]
On 9 September 2010, students of the school had a narrow escape when their school bus caught fire. The students were evacuated safely and the fire was brought under control after 25 minutes.[4]
